Switzerland has special demands for the import of jewellery. Not all of our jewellery can live up to these demands. But a great part of the assortment can. If you have placed an order with a shipping address in Switzerland, that includes jewellery products, our Customer Service team will contact you if any of the products don't live up to the demands. The Customer Service team will also introduce you to alternatives to your chosen products. In that way, you can change your order, before we ship it.
