You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your it.
If you wish to return one or more products purchased on www.designletters.com, please complete the return form with your order number, contact information, and details of the products you’re returning.
Wrap the items securely in their original packaging to avoid damage during transport. For jewelry: please make sure to include the original small plastic bag with the barcode.
Please note:
- Return shipping is not free. All costs related to returning the products are covered by the customer.
- We recommend choosing a tracked delivery method, as Design Letters cannot be held responsible for returns until they have arrived at our warehouse.
After filling out the return form, tear it off from the address label and place it inside the box.
Then, attach the address label to the outside of the parcel.
(Note: The label is only an address label — it does not include prepaid postage.)

Please note that returns cannot be delivered to a parcel shop. The parcel must be sent directly to the warehouse address above, as Design Letters cannot collect returns from parcel shops.
What happens when my return arrives?
Once your return has been received, our warehouse will inspect the products to ensure they are unused and in resellable condition.
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for your original purchase.
