When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team. All returned products must be unused and in resellable condition. If any items do not pass the inspection, we will contact you by email.

We recommend keeping a tracking number for your return parcel as proof of delivery. After your parcel is received, please allow up to 10 working days for our warehouse to process and register your return.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Please note that it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds are always issued to the same method of payment used for your original purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Products that are used or damaged cannot be refunded.
  • If a promo code was used, we will refund only the amount actually paid for the returned product.
